Malossi Sport 50ccm Cylinder Kit – noticeably more pressure for Minarelli horizontal LC

If you do not want to go straight to Big Bore on your Minarelli horizontal LC, but are still looking for significantly more power, the Malossi Sport 50ccm cylinder kit is exactly right. Malossi relies here on standard bore (40 mm), combined with optimized port timing and an enlarged exhaust port. Result: a more powerful pull and in practice approx. 2–3 HP more compared to the standard cylinder – ideal, for example, on a Yamaha Aerox, MBK Nitro or Aprilia SR 50 Racing (depending on the model/variant suitable according to the list).

The cylinder is a grey cast iron cylinder and is delivered as a complete kit so that you have everything for the assembly immediately. According to specifications, the setup harmonizes particularly well with sport exhaust systems such as Yasuni Z or Laser XPro – perfect if you want to run a stable sport tuning.
