Malossi Cylinder Head 172 ccm LC made of Aluminum – effective tuning for Piaggio 125–180 ccm 2-stroke

With the Malossi Cylinder Head 172ccm LC, you get affordable but noticeably effective tuning for your engine. The high-quality aluminum head offers a higher compression than the standard combustion chamber dome. This ensures more mean pressure during combustion – and thus a clean increase in performance across the entire usable RPM range.

Important: The compression is not pushed to the limit. As a result, the head is also suitable for setups that must run reliably in everyday use – ideal if you want to make your Piaggio Hexagon or your Gilera Runner more powerful without sacrificing durability.

In combination with a 25mm carburetor kit and a slightly adjusted drive tuning, the engine accelerates significantly more powerfully at the bottom end. Since the head is located under the water jacket, the upgrade remains invisible from the outside and thus very discreet – whether on the Gilera Runner, the Piaggio Hexagon, or the Italjet Dragster.
