Cylinder head from Airsal for the Airsal Racing 70cc cylinder kit (T6) for Piaggio LC.

Suitable as a replacement for a damaged head or for rebuilding the Airsal cylinder.

Installation and running-in notes

  • Always use a new cylinder head gasket.
  • Tighten the cylinder head in a criss-cross pattern to the torque specified by the manufacturer.
  • Select the spark plug recommended for the cylinder kit.
  • Fill and bleed the cooling system after installation.
  • After working on the piston and cylinder, run the engine in gently: avoid full load during the first kilometres, vary the engine speed and do not let the engine overheat. Afterwards, check the spark plug colour and carburettor settings.
