Description
The Spanish traditional company Airsal manufactures very high-quality cylinder kits in its own factory. Decades of experience in cylinder construction result in tuning kits with very good performance enhancements, but also maximum durability. This is ultimately achieved not only through, for example, the aluminum construction with an extra hard-coated running surface. The selection of the other components such as pistons and piston rings is always of the highest quality. Furthermore, Airsal can also supply individual parts such as gasket sets, piston rings, bolts etc. for each kit.
From Airsal we offer you very good aluminum sports cylinders, which offer a significantly better heat dissipation than cast iron cylinders. In addition, their hard-coated running surface is extremely robust and stands for long durability!
In terms of performance, the 50ccm Sport is at the level of Polini or Malossi Sport, the 70ccm Alu Sport cylinder achieves even slightly better performance than, for example, the DR Evo. A larger carburetor is not absolutely necessary; however, the main jet should be adjusted.
The cylinder is designed for use with the standard cylinder head.
