BGM PRO crankshaft for Spanish Motovespa models, manufactured from high-alloy forged billets.

The crankshaft is designed as a high-performance tuning crankshaft, but is also a clear recommendation as a virtually indestructible crankshaft for original engines.

• Stroke: 57 mm
• Connecting rod length: 105 mm
• Piston pin: Ø 15 mm
• Connecting rod bearing: Needle bearing (top and bottom)

A major advantage of the BGM PRO crankshaft over an original one is the use of a high-quality connecting rod with needle bearing (instead of a plain bearing bush) and a slotted lower connecting rod eye. This significantly reduces oil consumption, allowing the engines to be run without problems with today's high-quality oils, even with a 1:50 mixture.

The mass factor was improved, among other things, by a hollow-drilled crankpin and is based on the original Tarabusi piston of the Spanish engines.

The crankshaft is suitable for all 125 ccm and 150 ccm Motovespa Largeframe and Vespa VNA engines. The 125 ccm engines have a stroke of only 54 mm ex works, therefore a cylinder is required here which is designed for a 57 mm stroke.
