Malossi contrast spring white (K9.9 / L120 mm) – cleaner takeoff & better variator characteristics

With the reinforced sport contrast spring from Malossi, you get a noticeably optimized tuning for your maxi-scooter or your ATV/quad. The spring is designed for the Kawasaki J 300 as well as various Kymco maxi-scooters and 200–350 ccm vehicles (e.g. Kymco Downtown 300i, K-XCT/People GT etc.).

Due to the adjusted spring rate, the power RPM increases slightly – the result is improved acceleration behavior. At the same time, the drive shifts more smoothly, the engine shifts more quietly and runs more harmoniously overall.

You can run the Malossi contrast spring with the original variator or ideally in connection with tuning variators such as the Malossi Multivar. Especially for setups on the Kymco Downtown 300i or the Kawasaki J 300, the spring is a popular upgrade to bring the CVT tuning more precisely to the desired RPM and takeoff.
