The LeoVince GP CORSA EVO complete exhaust system combines low weight with racing-oriented technology for sporty 4-stroke motorcycles. The silencer sleeve made of two-layer carbon with a matte surface ensures a particularly lightweight and simultaneously temperature-resistant construction. The compact end cap made of high-performance technopolymer supports efficient exhaust gas guidance and enhances the deep, powerful sound. Thanks to optimized internal chambers, a balanced ratio between torque and power is achieved. A robust stainless steel bracket with vibration damping and precise TIG weld seams ensure stability and long-lasting performance.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be easily carried out by yourself with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the scooter are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are plugged into each other with a precise fit and securely fixed with the supplied springs. No additional adjustments are necessary.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and the re-tightening of the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit.
