Malossi Racing Clutch Spring Set – better acceleration for your maxi scooter

With the Malossi clutch spring set, you replace the springs of your stock clutch with sportier tuned springs. Especially on modern maxi scooters, the clutch and variator are often tuned very "tame" from the factory – partly due to exhaust and noise regulations. The result: soft clutch springs ensure a very smooth, but often low-RPM start. The scooter slips for a long time in the engagement phase and moves off the spot rather laboriously for the first few meters.

With harder clutch springs, the clutch only engages at higher speeds – i.e., where the engine typically delivers more power. This significantly improves acceleration from a standstill. Additionally, the engine is closer to the acceleration speed or the variator adjustment speed during engagement.
