Description

Malossi clutch springs for the replacement in standard clutches.

Especially with modern maxi-scooters, the engines are severely restricted in the tuning of the clutch and continuously variable transmission by the manufacturers due to some exhaust and noise regulations! In addition to sometimes too heavily tuned continuously variable transmissions, very soft springs are also often installed in the centrifugal clutches, which results in a gentle but almost under-revved start. The scooter slips for a long time in the engagement phase and only moves off with difficulty in the first few meters.

With harder clutch springs, the clutch engagement occurs at higher engine speeds, i.e. where the engine also has more power! This results in a significantly better acceleration from a standstill. The engine is already much closer to the acceleration speed (adjustment speed of the continuously variable transmission) during the engagement process.

The kit contains sets in different colors with different strengths.
