The Polini Speed Clutch 3G FOR RACE is an adjustable centrifugal clutch with three clutch shoes for racing use on Minarelli engines with a 107 mm clutch bell. The clutch diameter is 105 mm. The clutch transmits the engine power from a certain speed via centrifugal force to the clutch bell and thus to the drivetrain - the engagement speed is infinitely adjustable.

The infinitely variable spring preload adjustment allows the engagement point to be precisely coordinated with the respective engine setup and the intended use - one set of soft (yellow) and one set of harder (green) springs are included in the scope of delivery to cover different tuning points without the purchase of additional accessories.

• The component is designed for Minarelli engines 50 ccm and fits into clutch bells with an inner diameter of 107 mm. Compatibility includes a variety of scooters with Minarelli engines from numerous manufacturers, including Yamaha, MBK, Aprilia, Malaguti, Beta, CPI and many others. The requirement is the Minarelli engine with 107 mm clutch bell - this version is not suitable for vehicles with Piaggio engines.

Assembly and application notes:

• The clutch is inserted into the clutch bell instead of the stock clutch and fastened at the gearbox input. The spring preload of each of the three shoes can be adjusted separately with a hex key; the set tension is readable on the integrated scale. After installation, a test drive is recommended to check the engagement point and the starting behavior.
