Malossi FLY CLUTCH Clutch for Minarelli (d=105 mm) – robust upgrade as a replacement for the stock version

The Malossi Fly-Clutch is a very robust and high-quality clutch – ideal as a replacement for the original clutch. It is delivered including a set of clutch springs, which are slightly stronger than the original springs. As a result, the clutch engages at slightly higher RPMs – perfect if you want reliable, clean power transmission and a slightly sportier acceleration behavior.

Important Note (Minarelli: 2 Shoes vs. 3 Shoes)

Attention: For Minarelli engines (Aprilia, Yamaha, ...) new clutches have been installed since year of construction 98. Please be sure to check whether your original clutch has 2 shoes (d=105) or 3 shoes (d=107).

You can also measure the inner diameter of the clutch bell – this should be 105 mm or 107 mm. Then select the corresponding clutch.

Important: This version only fits models up to year of construction 97 with clutch bell Ø 105 mm, where the stock clutch has 2 clutch shoes.

It is also suitable, among others, for various models from Malaguti, Italjet, Suzuki, KTM, Keeway, Generic, PGO and others – the decisive factors are always Ø 105 mm and 2 clutch shoes.
