Description
The clutch plate set from MVT Allumage is a high-quality inspection kit that was developed specifically for the requirements of Big Bore cylinder kits. These reinforced clutch plates are ideal for gearshift mopeds with Minarelli AM motors and offer improved power transmission with reduced slippage.
The set includes five friction plates and additional steel discs, which provide a larger friction surface, although they are slightly thinner. This results in a more uniform contact force and higher performance compared to the standard factory clutch, which comprises only four friction plates and three steel discs.
Each clutch spring is tested by MVT before delivery and paired with springs of the same spring force to ensure an even distribution of the contact force. This careful adjustment ensures optimum performance and durability of the clutch.
