The Schmitt Engine Center Seal made of high-quality AFM37 gasket paper with a double-sided silicone seal lip (1mm wide) ensures a permanently reliable sealing of the engine halves. When tightening, the elastic silicone seal lip adapts exactly to the contour of the sealing surfaces and compensates for small imperfections – for a secure, tight connection.
