Description

Malossi Carbon Reed Valves – better throttle response & lower risk of engine damage

With these Malossi Carbon reed petals / plates, you can specifically upgrade the original reed block of your 2-stroke. Many stock reed blocks are equipped from the factory with steel sheet plates – and these can often noticeably slow down the engine because they do not open and close as quickly as carbon.

The result with carbon: The engine reacts more agilely, the throttle response becomes significantly more direct – and another major advantage is added: in the case of a break of steel plates, it ends in 99% of cases with engine damage. Carbon reeds provide a remedy here, because in the event of a defect, the parts usually simply disappear through the exhaust instead of causing damage in the engine.
