The CC compound is an organic, semi-metallic friction material for Brembo motorcycle brake pads, further developed with an increased carbon content. It is designed for road use and aims for a balanced ratio of friction coefficient, stability, and wear.

The lower coefficient of friction compared to more aggressive compounds supports well-modulated braking force, while the material stability across a wide temperature range promotes consistent performance in both cold and warm conditions. The friction pairing is also designed for reliable effectiveness on dry and wet roads and is particularly suitable for scooters with small to medium engine displacement.
