The laser-cut Galfer DF190JCW brake disc of the WAVE® series offers maximum performance and quality. Galfer WAVE® brake discs are manufactured from robust AISI 420 stainless steel, which is characterised by a very high carbon content, thereby preventing corrosion of the brake disc. The disc hub is made from high-quality aluminium (7075 T6 / 6082 T6).

The WAVE® FLOATECH ROAD is the ideal brake disc for everyday road use. It combines the DNA of motor racing with a high level of comfort, durability and consistent performance. Thanks to the patented pin-and-washer system, it reduces noise and vibration, improves the braking feel and ensures a more precise response. The controlled floating action of the disc guarantees perfect alignment and minimal wear. Even under high thermal stress, it delivers stable, consistent braking performance - from city traffic to winding mountain roads.

Using vehicle data such as weight, speed, brake caliper position and intended use of the vehicle, the WAVE® brake discs are optimally tailored to each vehicle.
