Description
The standard water pumps often have edged inner channels and sharp intake openings, which impede the flow of coolant. These limitations mean that the standard water pumps cannot deliver enough coolant when used intensively or under extreme conditions.
This is where Boyesen's Hy-Flow water pump cover comes in. Thanks to the Opti-Form inner surface process, all bottlenecks in coolant flow are eliminated, resulting in a hydrodynamically efficient interior. This significantly increases coolant flow efficiency and improves the coolant backflow rate into the engine.
Standard water pumping systems often have small intake openings, which reduce coolant backflow efficiency and reduce the internal pressure of the cooling system. The internal pressure is decisive for the heat dissipation of the motor.
With larger intake openings, Boyesen's Hy-Flow water pump cover allows coolant to flow back into the engine faster and reach the cylinders faster. As a result, more coolant is available to absorb and dissipate heat.
Less heat = more power at the end of the race.
