Description

The know-how acquired on the racetracks is incorporated directly into the production of the series filters in order to offer discerning motorcyclists a product that is tried and tested, performs and is constantly evolving. The materials used are the best currently available on the market. The filters are made from a single rubber frame to prevent possible breakages. The filtering element is made of a special cotton fabric (4 layers), soaked in a low-sticky oil. It is comprised of an aluminum mesh treated with an epoxy solution to be resistant to gasoline fumes and oxidation. In addition, cotton has the advantage of being washable and reusable. Thanks to these features, BMC sports air filters (exchange air filters) guarantee a higher air flow rate compared to the original paper filters used, a minimal loss of pressure in the incoming air and thus result in better engine performance.
