HIGHLY LOADABLE
Extremely durable swing arm shaft from BGM PRO. The swing arm shaft is the sole link between the steering tube and the front swing arm/wheel.
Particularly modern engine concepts with their potential high performance and tighter suspension systems place a significant load on the fork kinematics. Piaggio therefore provided a grease nipple for regular lubrication of this highly stressed point. Experience shows that this regular interval (every 2000km) is rarely observed. As a result, the axles available on the market wear out quickly. Often, they are not dimensionally accurate and/or made of unsuitable material.

MADE IN GERMANY
To deliver the highest quality component available on the market, the BGM PRO shaft is manufactured in Germany to specification. Only the best material is used (1.4112 / X90CrMoV18). This features high tensile strength, great hardness as well as corrosion and wear resistance. Thus, the BGM PRO shaft represents a permanently sustainable solution.

MADE IN GERMANY
To deliver a sustainable solution and the highest quality component available on the market, this shaft is manufactured in Germany to BGM PRO specifications. Only the best material is used (1.4112 / X90CrMoV18). This features high tensile strength, great hardness as well as corrosion and wear resistance.

QUALITY
Additionally, the shaft is plasma nitrided. This ensures an extremely long service life of the bearing points. It can therefore withstand a lack of lubrication much better than the original part.
The shaft has very high surface quality (finely turned) and was manufactured exactly to Piaggio dimensions.

Replaces the original component 1:1 (no longer available from Piaggio).
