REAR BRAKE ARM -BGM ORIGINAL- LONG VERSION

MAXIMUM BRAKING PERFORMANCE FOR VESPA LARGEFRAME/WIDEFRAME
The so-called brake arm sits on the brake cam. It converts the linear pulling movement of the brake cable into a rotary movement.
This rotates the brake cam, which presses the brake pads apart.
The length of the brake arm determines the leverage ratio and thus how much force can be exerted on the brake pads.

Piaggio equipped the 200cc models (PX and Rally) with a longer rear brake arm. This improves the leverage ratio in favor of higher braking performance.
It can also be exchanged 1:1 in the Vespa Wideframe/Largemodels with 80-150ccm and noticeably improves the braking force.
Piaggio has listed this type of brake arm. With the BGM ORIGINAL, you get high-quality adequate replacement parts and 'made in germany'!
To complete the package, the brake arm is now also available in black.

Tip: With high-performance conversions on a tire size of 8 inches, the improved braking performance is particularly noticeable.
