RT 225 bgm PRO Lambretta cylinder converted to membrane inlet.
The RT cylinders are perhaps the best choice for reliable, fast and economical engines. The harmonious performance is legendary and the engines are simply fun in everyday use and on tour.
Another expansion step for the RT cylinders is the conversion to a membrane inlet. We also offer the cylinders directly finished. Chalky White from Replay Scooters does the conversion for us. (Anyone who follows the race in the BSSO may know that Team Replay won the overall five times with Chalky's tuning skills (as of 10/2020).
The conversion includes the following processing steps on the cylinder:
This results in around 10 to 15 percent more performance compared to the slot-controlled cylinder, while remaining suitable for everyday use and a wider power band.

- Remove the appropriate cooling fins at the inlet to make room for mounting the required membrane intake port
- Adjusting the inlet area to the MB membrane intake port
- Expanding and rounding the intake channel
- Milling the Boost Port
- Increasing the exhaust tax period
This results in around 10 to 15 percent more performance compared to the slot-controlled cylinder, while remaining suitable for everyday use and a wider power band.
