Description

Special tools - Made in Germany

Install a warehouse quickly and easily like a professional. This is possible with this quality tool. The warehouse is managed cleanly and cannot tilt. The motor housing is protected.

Used to mount the type 6204 ball bearing on the crankshaft of Vespa Smallframe models. The tool is supported on the inner bearing ring and thus enables maximum gentle assembly. We also recommend using a crankshaft wedge. This is pushed between the crankwalls and prevents a bending moment that could have an effect on the press fit of the lifting pin.

  • Material: 42CrMo4 (1100Nmm² tensile strength!)
  • Surface: blue zinc-plated

Tip: Warm up the warehouse before assembly (boiling water) and place the crankshaft in a freezer overnight or ice it with our cold spray (see accessories).
