BGM PRO Crankshaft Seals made of high-quality, ethanol-resistant (E10) FKM

WHY FKM
The material FKM (Fluoroelastomer) is extremely heat-, friction- and fuel/ethanol-resistant.
Current gasoline in Germany already contains up to 5% ethanol as standard. In other countries, the ethanol/alcohol content is even higher.
Conventional crankshaft seals can swell or soften when in contact with ethanol-containing fuels. The BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals offer perfect protection against this.
Additionally, they are twice as temperature-resistant as conventional (blue) NBR crankshaft seals, have very good gas impermeability and are also very resistant to aging.

FOR WHAT SUITABLE
An engine equipped with BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals can therefore also be operated without problems with E10 fuel (10% alcohol content).
The high-quality brown sealing material is permanently alcohol-resistant and is also suitable for engines with high temperature loads and high speeds.
BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals are therefore suitable for all engines, whether original or tuned high-performance engines.

ADVANTAGES BGM PRO
The BGM PRO crankshaft seals offer a double seal as an additional feature. All crankshaft seals that seal to the atmosphere have a so-called dust lip. This is positioned in front of the actual sealing lip and keeps dust, dirt and moisture away. This further increases the very good stability.

The BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals are available individually as well as in sets for almost all Vespa and Lambretta engines.
