BGM PRO Crankshaft Seals made of high-quality, ethanol-resistant (E10) FKM

WHY FKM
The material FKM (Fluoro-Carbon Rubber) is extremely heat-, friction- and fuel/ethanol resistant.
Current premium gasoline in Germany already contains up to 5% ethanol as standard. In other countries, the ethanol/alcohol content is even higher.
Conventional crankshaft seals can swell or soften when in contact with ethanol-containing fuels. The BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals, on the other hand, offer perfect protection.
In addition, the FKM material is twice as temperature-resistant as conventional (blue) NBR crankshaft seals, has very good gas tightness and is also very aging-resistant.

FOR WHICH APPLICATIONS
An engine equipped with BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals can therefore also be used without any problems in engines operated with E10 fuel (10% alcohol content).
The high-quality brown sealing material is permanently alcohol-resistant and is also suitable for engines with high temperature loads and high speeds.
BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals are therefore suitable for all engines, whether original or tuned high-performance engines.

ADVANTAGES OF BGM PRO
The BGM PRO crankshaft seals offer a double seal as an additional feature. All crankshaft seals that seal to the atmosphere have a so-called dust lip. This is positioned in front of the actual sealing lip and keeps dust, dirt and moisture away. This increases the already good stability even further.
