BGM PRO Crankshaft Seals made of high-quality, ethanol-resistant (E10) FKM

WHY FKM
The material FKM (Fluorocarbon rubber) is extremely heat-, friction-, and fuel/ethanol-resistant.
Current gasoline in Germany already contains up to 5% ethanol as a standard additive. In other countries, the ethanol/alcohol content is even higher.
Conventional crankshaft seals can swell or soften when in contact with ethanol-containing fuels. The BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals, however, offer perfect protection.
In addition, the FKM material is twice as temperature-resistant as conventional (blue) NBR seals, has very good gas impermeability, and is also very resistant to aging.

FOR WHAT SUITABLE
An engine equipped with BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals can therefore also be used without problems in engines operated with E10 fuel (10% alcohol content).
The high-quality brown sealing material is permanently alcohol-resistant and is also suitable for engines with high temperature loads and high speeds.
BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals are therefore suitable for all engines, whether original or tuned high-performance engines.

ADVANTAGES BGM PRO
As an additional feature, the BGM PRO crankshaft seals offer a double seal. All seals that seal to the atmosphere have a so-called dust lip. This is positioned in front of the actual sealing lip and keeps dust, dirt and moisture away. This further increases the already good durability.

The BGM PRO FKM crankshaft seals are available individually as well as in sets for almost all Vespa and Lambretta engines.
