Unfortunately, with such an important component, many manufacturers do not make the appropriate effort to ensure that the couplings go through or do not separate properly. The flooring manufacturers who deliver decent quality always have delivery problems. The only logical consequence of BGM was the production of their own linings.
Manufactured exactly according to our specifications, we have managed to use a very high-quality organic covering mix that is both resistant to pressure and temperature, yet resistant to wear. All this combined with a very good grip so that full torque is always applied to the rear wheel. Even when very high spring force is used, the separation distance is short as the material is not as soft and compressible as that of other manufacturers.
The BGM clutch steel plates included with this set are also manufactured with high precision and have a very flat surface. As a result, the coupling separates quickly and precisely. With steel discs from other manufacturers, this is often difficult or impossible.
The pads can be used in all engines, from standard to fully utilized engine setups.
TiPPP: Strengthened BGM clutch springs also improve clutch performance without having to accept too high operating forces on the clutch lever!The scope of delivery includes a complete pad package for repair/completion of a Cosa2 coupling.
