The BGM PRO Touring aluminum pads combine the advantages of the popular CR80 racing pads with the high demands of touring riders.

SOLID LINING CARRIER
The pads use an aluminum support whose straps for the clutch basket have a large contact surface. As a result, the pads are very stable over the long term. The slow shearing of the straps, which often occurs with conventional coverings with steel supports, is completely eliminated due to the large contact surface. The aluminum also makes the coupling more thermally resilient. This is a major advantage in extreme situations (e.g. driving with a heavy payload on a steep pass road), but it also offers a reassuring reserve in everyday life. The flap width is made to fit perfectly so that the pads lie in the basket almost without play.

DURABLE AND GRIPPY LINING MATERIAL BGM PRO TOURING aluminum flooring uses the same high-quality sintered material
as CR80 racing surfaces. However, due to the larger contact area in the TOURING variant, coupling is softer and not aggressive. The large contact surface also improves durability.

FULLY COMPATIBLE
The BGM PRO TOURING aluminum clutch pads are designed as a 1:1 replacement for conventional Cosa2 clutch pads. They harmonise perfectly with the standard steel discs.
The thickness of the pad pack is the same as the original one, which means that no adjustment plates or spacers have to be used. The pads fit all standard clutches on the Vespa Cosa2 models, the PX125-200 models built after 1998 and all vehicles that have been retrofitted with a Cosa2 clutch. The pads are also compatible with couplings/clutch baskets based on Cosa2 technology, e.g. coupling -SC-, MMW, Scooter&Service or Ultrastrong.

NOT SUITABLE
The pads are not suitable for clutches or baskets that were specially manufactured to hold the CR80 clutch linings, e.g. BGM PRO Superstrong 2.0 CR80, UNCLE MIKE 'DDOG' CNC or similar (plate width CR80 = 16 mm)

3x clutch friction plates (double-sided lining) Enough for a Cosa2 clutch.
