Description

A cable harness is a consumable part. After many years in heat, cold, gas vapors, vibrations and humidity, even the best copper cable becomes dilapidated. Usually still well disguised on the outside due to seemingly intact insulation, the so-called inner strand is already corroded and brittle. Low light, failure to ignite, all that is a thing of the past with one of our new high-quality cable harnesses.

So that the vehicle can be restored true to the original, we are supplied by the manufacturer who also produced the original cable harnesses for Piaggio back then. You can see, feel and notice it!
Many lovely little details such as the original cable lugs, heat shrink tubing, hand-tin-plated cable ends, etc. make you look forward to the first trip. The certainty that you can rely 100% on the electrical system again is also a safe place to rest on the first long trip.

Wiring harness for PX Lusso models from 1984.

The Lusso models do not have a battery (the Elestart models are an exception) and use AC power on the frame.

There is a separate rectifier to control the horn (black box under the left side panel with green/black striped connection cables).
