Description

With the bgm CDI holder, it is possible to install a CDI for electronic ignition on a first and second series Ciao without further modifications. The holder is simply placed under the two motor screws and attached to the motor.

The following materials are required for assembly:

1. 4x M5x15x1.2mm washer

2. 2x self-locking M5 DIN985 nut

For anyone using contact ignition, the CDI holder can be extended to include the ignition coil holder (item no. 2211047), which allows normal ignition coils to be used. Another clear advantage is the new position of the ignition coil, as it is now no longer installed under the carburettor, but splash-proof under the right side panel.
