Three-piece BGM precision roller bearing for the main shaft bearing on the shift rest side of Vespa VNA, VNB, VBB, Super, Sprint, GT, GTR

All 125/150cc Vespa motors with horizontal cylinders (built from around 1957), starting with the still direct-suction VNA models, have a multi-piece mainshaft bearing on the shift frame side.
This consists of a storage tray, individual rollers and an open storage cage.
It was not until the later years of the Vespa Sprint models that a modern closed needle cage, which differed in dimensions, was used here (B188).

For a long time, the old type of warehouse was only made in India, most recently in a completely unacceptable quality. These have a storage air of over 6/10 mm. As a result, the main wave has an enormous amount of play and would be noticed negatively by TÜV at the latest.

The BGM warehouses are manufactured by a well-known Italian company and have a closed storage cage. Thanks to precise manufacturing and high-quality material, the main and auxiliary shafts are guided safely and permanently again.

As a result of the closed storage cage, the rollers are used here before the bearing ring is installed.
