Description
Malossi offers very convincing and mature tuning parts in themselves. However, the Aramid insert in this drive belt leads to slipping of the belt, especially during the acceleration phase, where the transmission ratio is still very small and therefore a lot of force is exerted on the rear torque converter.
The installation of a stiffer counter-pressure spring and tuning of the continuously variable transmission is almost unavoidable. However, it is very durable and tear-resistant, which is very important with highly tuned engines.
