Description
NARAKU now belongs to a fixed size of well-known manufacturers and stands for thoughtful and reliable replacement and tuning parts in very good quality!
The V.2 version of the NARAKU back-pressure springs has a different composition of the spring steel and has a special marking of the type.
The counter-pressure spring sits in the transducer (under the centrifugal clutch) and, together with the rear pulleys and the variator, forms the entire unit of the variomatic.
The V-belt runs in the rear windows.
The pressure of the counter-pressure spring must be sufficiently strong that the V-belt can never slip and an optimal force transmission is ensured at all times.
In the case of tuning measures, the engine power increases and thus also the requirement for the backpressure spring. In some series versions, the belt may slip. This can be seen simply at an upwards speed of the engine - but no propulsion!
Changing a counter-pressure spring behaves in a similar manner to that of other variomatic weights. A more rigid spring causes the acceleration speed (engine speed during variable displacement) to rise! The value always stands on the respective Naraku pen on it!
Always use the spring force only as hard as necessary!
