Description

The AXP skid plate made of 8mm thick polyethylene offers optimal protection for your KTM 790 Adventure and 890 Adventure models. With a weight of 3.9 kg, it is lightweight yet robust. This version has been improved to be compatible with the KTM main stand. The skid plate protects the sides of the tank and covers the fuel pump, while an intermediate foam layer prevents friction and paint chipping. The design has been reworked to allow assembly with the original KTM fuel pump protector. The protective plate is now placed in front of the shoe to prevent the plastic from melting and contact with the front fender. The welds were modified and reinforced with 4 mm thick aluminum plates. A hole on the right side allows the hose to be inserted. This skid plate is also available in orange under item number AX1738 and only fits the KTM 790 ADVENTURE/790 ADVENTURE R/890 ADVENTURE/890 ADVENTURE R.
