Description

Since 1973, the Italian company Athena has been manufacturing high-quality spare parts for motorcycles and scooters as a group of 7 large industrial groups. The focus of the parts is the direct use as original equipment supplier, Athena supplies most manufacturers with seals and other thermally stressed parts directly from the factory! You get not only OEM quality but in most cases even quasi original spare parts.

Athena V-belts are known for the highest quality and longevity.

Especially in the large engines the drive belt is a very heavily loaded component and should be exchanged according to the maintenance interval prescribed by the manufacturer. In the case of high-performance engines, the belt change is much earlier!

Even worn belts look generally good, but if the width has fallen below a certain level, not only the engine performance suffers, but the risk of a tearing V-belt increases considerably! Often, a V-belt crack is good, but the risk of damage to the remaining drive components is nevertheless not small (crankshaft, bearing, belt pulley) ...
