Hiflo Air Filter HFF1023 - precise replacement for Honda TRX FourTrax / SporTrax

With the Hiflo Air Filter HFF1023, you are relying on proven quality from one of the market leaders in the motorcycle and ATV sector. The air filter is developed as a direct replacement for your original air filter and fits 1:1 into the air filter box - clean, without tinkering and without engine modifications.

Especially for popular models such as the Honda TRX 400 EX SporTrax, Honda TRX 420 FourTrax or the Honda TRX 500 Foreman, a fresh filter ensures reliable protection and stable engine operation. The Hiflo HFF1023 provides a high air throughput while maintaining strong filtering performance - exactly what modern engines need.

Important for you: Since the filter only replaces the original insert and does not change noise or emission values, you do not need a test mark, a certificate, or an ABE. Tuning is also not necessary - no carburetor jets, no mapping.

Advantages & Features

• Direct replacement filter for the original air filter (1:1 exchange)
• Precise fit - sits perfectly in the air filter box of your ATV
• Optimized air throughput for modern engines with simultaneously high filtering performance
• No tuning necessary (no carburetor jet/mapping changes required)
• No change in noise or emission values - no test mark/ABE/certificate required
• High-quality materials - Hiflo processes exclusively high-quality materials

Note on Hiflo "Foam" Versions (Foam vs. Paper)

• The special "Foam" versions use filter foam instead of the previously common paper filter as the filter element.
• Foam inserts with "DS" (DualStage, two-layer system) should be lightly oiled before installation and after cleaning. Because of this, they are reusable and have a significantly higher lifespan.
• Foam air filter inserts without "DS" can be installed immediately without oiling, just like the original insert.
