Descripción

Complete replacement engine for China 4-stroke scooters with 10 inch wheels (3.5x10 / 3.00x10 / 90/90-10 etc.). Often the replacement of the complete engine is much cheaper than the repair due to the saving of working time.

The replacement engine has all components such as drive parts, alternator, starter, etc. It is delivered as shown. The carburettor is not included in the scope of delivery. During the assembly only the alternator is to be paid attention to. If the delivered engine has one pin more or less occupied in the pin assignment of the alternator cable, the alternator and the rotor of the old engine should be taken over. The replacement engine has 2 occupied pins in the plug of the alternator. All other parts are identical.

Important! It is essential to check the oil level in the gearbox and engine after assembly. Due to the oil quality of Chinese manufacturers, we recommend changing the oil after 50 km running-in time. The valve clearance should also be checked. A dimension of 0.08mm should be set for both valves.

The engine is delivered in a safe transport packaging.

The replacement of the complete engine should generally only be carried out by specialist workshops.
