The design of the laser-cut Galfer DF906FLQ brake disc is inspired by crystal molecular structures, ensuring that this range offers the very best in performance and quality. Galfer brake discs are manufactured from robust AISI 420 stainless steel, which is characterised by a very high carbon content, thereby preventing corrosion of the brake disc.

Galfer CUBIQ® brake discs are characterised by their unique, polygonal design, which is not only visually striking but also delivers impressive performance. The special CUBIQ® geometry improves heat dissipation, ensures even wear and aids the self-cleaning of the braking surface. Thanks to targeted material savings, the discs are lighter than conventional models, which has a positive effect on handling and suspension. Due to their lightweight construction, Galfer CUBIQ® brake discs offer even better ventilation, which is clearly evident in their consistent braking power. Thanks to the floating mounting, the disc retains its shape even under extreme heat and enables smooth, vibration-free braking.

Using vehicle data such as weight, speed, brake caliper position and intended use of the vehicle, the WAVE® brake discs are optimally tailored to each vehicle.

• Easily controllable braking pressure
• Improved brake response
• Very high thermal conductivity
• Extreme weight reduction thanks to the lightweight design

The Galfer brake discs approved in accordance with ECE R90 are approved as replacements for the respective OEM brake discs and can be installed on the vehicle without any additional registration or modifications, provided that they are approved for the specific vehicle model.
