Complete replacement engine for 125cc GY6 4-stroke engines 152QMI with long engine block and rear drum brake. For the long engine block an 835mm V-belt is needed.

The engine length can be determined by the distance of the crankshaft (variomatic) to the transmission input shaft (clutch bell). This distance is about 23 cm for the replacement engine. The engine is supplied complete with drive, alternator, etc. and is built-in. Deviations may occur in the transmission output shaft.

There are two variants: Motor with short or long output shaft (the shaft on which the rear wheel is mounted). The short output shaft is used in vehicles with a rear shock absorber, the long shaft in vehicles with two rear shock absorbers. If the other shaft is needed, it can be easily taken over by the original engine.

Important! Check the oil level in gearbox and engine after installation. Due to the oil quality of Chinese manufacturers we recommend to change the oil after 50km of retraction. The valve clearance should also be checked. A value of 0.08mm should be set for both valves. Overall, this complete engine offers a cost-effective alternative to expensive and expensive repairs.
