Description

The history of the Italian company RMS dates back to 1945, which, in addition to tuning parts, has always produced first-class spare parts and accessories in original equipment quality for scooters.

The drive shaft of the Vespa “PX old”, which is also installed on the models Sprint, Rally, etc., has a waistband towards the wheel side. It has no cut-outs in which the shift cross grips when closed. The problem here is often that the gears jump with an additional bad or old shifter.

With the drive shafts of the PX Lusso shafts from year 83 there is no fret, but 2 retaining rings and 2 shoulder rings available. It has small recesses in the groove of the switch cross. The shift cross locks to the position of the gear wheel when closed and makes the shaft the first choice for tuned motors. If you are looking for a new gearbox for tuned engines, then use the Lusso gearbox.
