The AXP GP Skid Plate is an essential accessory for any Yamaha YZ250F rider who values the protection of their motorcycle. This motor protector is made of high-density polyethylene and, with a thickness of 6 mm, provides optimal protection for the engine block and frame of your motocross bike. Compared to conventional MX skid plates, this protection is even more comprehensive and lighter than enduro motor protection. Another advantage is that it is 40% lighter than a comparable aluminum protector with a thickness of 4 mm. The AXP GP Skid Plate has no shock memory and does not cause any vibrations, making for a pleasant driving experience. It is very easy to install and requires no drilling or modifications to the motorcycle, as it is simply attached to the OEM brackets. A mounting kit and instructions are included.
