Bei den Vespa Smallframe Motoren sitzt auf der Kurbelwelle das Primärzahnrad, welches die Kraft des Motors auf den äußeren Kupplungskorb überträgt. Der Korb sitzt auf der Nebenwelle und überträgt letztendlich über die Getriebezahnräder und die Hauptwelle die Leistung an das Rad.
Bei einer größeren Revision sollte das Primärrad unbedingt auf Verschließ kontrolliert und ggf. ausgetauscht werden!
