Mit dem "Corsa" bietet Polini eine überarbeitete Version des 70ccm-Sportzylinders an. Verschärfte Steuerzeiten, polierter Auslass sowie eine erhöhte Vorverdichtung sorgen für bis zu 2-3 PS mehr Leistung gegenüber dem Standard-70ccm-Zylinder. Der Kolben ist mit einem Chrom- und einem Gusskolbenring ausgerüstet. Um die volle Leistung nutzen zu können, sollte der Zylinder mit einem Sport- oder besser noch Racing-Auspuff wie z. B. Stage6 oder Polini ForRace verwendet werden. Es sollte auch mindestens ein 17,5er-Vergaser gefahren werden, da mit dem Originalvergaser die innere Kühlung nicht mehr gewährleistet werden kann.
